Our commitment
SitePrimed is committed to digital accessibility. This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA, aligned with EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act (EAA).
Accessibility is the product we sell, so we hold our own site to the standard we measure yours against. We treat conformance as ongoing work, not a one-off box to tick.
Conformance status
WCAG 2.1 defines requirements to make content more accessible. It has three levels of conformance: A, AA and AAA. Our target is level AA.

We aim to respond within 5 business days. Please include the page URL, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using — it helps us reproduce and fix the issue faster.
Assessment method
SitePrimed assessed the accessibility of this website by the following methods:
- Self-evaluation using SitePrimed's own automated scan (the same four-lens engine offered to customers), covering WCAG 2.1 AA / EN 301 549 checks.
- Manual keyboard and screen-reader testing of key journeys.
- Independent third-party audit — in progress; results will be reflected here on completion.
Enforcement & escalation
If you contact us with a problem and are not satisfied with our response, you can escalate to the national enforcement body responsible for the European Accessibility Act in your country.
